Due to the nature of this type of inventory, Aurora carefully catalogs the conditions through photos and detailed notes. It is the buyer’s responsibility to carefully review these before purchase.  The following categories are eligible for a refund: Missing items and wrong items.

What do I do if my item is damaged during Shipping:

All of our shipments are insured. Every shipment is carefully packaged for protection during transit. Please inspect your shipment before signing for it. If you see ANY damage to the packaging, check DAMAGED (upon inspection) on the Freight Bill of Landing and contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the freight company and either issue you a refund or repair the item based on the extent of the damage.

If the unit is damaged and you sign off on it as a clear delivery, then we will not be able to take responsibility for any damages. It is then your responsibility to file a claim with the freight company.
